The Human Resource Coordinator provides supports for the Talent Acquisition and HRIS team to efficiently and effectively assist in the execution of our onboarding strategy. In this position you will assist individuals as they move from candidate to employee, ensuring that backgrounds checks are performed and onboarding paperwork is completed timely. You will act as the liaison between candidate and hiring manager throughout the onboarding process.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform following:
  • Process all new hire paperwork, following up as required to ensure that all documentation is completed and accurate prior to the new employee's start date as outlined in the new hire checklist.
  • High touchpoint cadence via phone and email between new hires, hiring managers, and others involved in the onboarding process.
  • Complete I-9 and E-Verify compliance within 3 days of new hire start date.
  • Coordinate the employment verifications and background check process for all new hires.
  • Maintain personnel records according to government regulations and to ensure confidentiality.
  • Process all employee record changes within the HRIS
  • Provide assistance to Talent Acquisition Team and perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

Required Experience:
  • Associate's degree in business, HR or related field preferred. Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years Human Resources experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Dayforce or similar HRMS
  • Proficient with MS office, especially Excel. Some database experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential material
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
