JOB TITLE: Test Center Intern

REPORTS TO: SVP Candidate Services

DEPARTMENT: Channel Management

LOCATION: Hybrid in Baltimore Area

DURATION: 6 weeks starting June 16th

PAY RATE: $16.00 Per Hour

JOB OVERVIEW

The Test Center Intern serves as the face of Prometric in test centers around the world. These emerging professionals are part of a growing specialization within the company and thrive in fast-paced environments that support people who are taking life-changing exams. The position require you to verify candidate identification, monitor exams and maintain strict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standards for exam integrity in the world.

Prometric employs more than 600 TCAs worldwide who are highly respected for their ability to lead and control the computer-based test center environment. The pay rate for this role is $16.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare complete inventory of collateral to be used at test centers
  • Security notices, survey invitations, etc., Consult with TCMs, CEMs, Security and other relevant stakeholders
  • Work with marketing to understand any existing branding guidelines & to develop any proposed changes
  • Prepare library of new collateral templates, ensuring all collateral is properly branded with the latest branding guidelines
  • Develop instructions and guidelines for mounting collateral at test centers (e.g., method of mounting and locations)
  • Actively engage both virtually and in person with test centers to ensure that all old collateral is removed, and new collateral is applied at test centers.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.)
  • Must be 18 years of age to qualify
