POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented IT Operations Solutions Administrator to join our team here at Canon Medical Informatics!
This position will provide hands-on IT support, while also assisting in endpoint management. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day technology operations while also applying specialized skills in SCCM, Intune, and modern device management to assist the primary systems administrator and enhance enterprise capabilities. The IT Operations Solutions Administrator will play a key role in the stability, security, and functionality of Canon Medical Informatics' IT Operations.

The IT Operations Solutions Administrator will play a key role in the stability, security, and functionality of Canon Medical Informatics' IT Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support & Operations
- Provide timely onsite and remote support to end-users and partners
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, outages, and business-impacting events
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying root causes and applying sustainable solutions
- Conduct routine maintenance to optimize system performance and security
- Collaborate cross-functionally on technology projects, system upgrades, and productivity initiatives
- Maintain detailed technical documentation including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance and training to users and junior staff as needed
- Work closely with internal IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to support systems integration and service availability
Endpoint Management (SCCM & Intune)
- Assist in the management of SCCM infrastructure including software deployment, patching, and OS deployment
- Contribute to the creation, testing, and deployment of task sequences and application packaging
- Support and manage Intune for MDM/MAM, Windows Update for Business and device provisioning
- Help enforce compliance policies and configuration baselines across devices
- Collaborate with the primary SCCM/Intune administrator to enhance endpoint security and automation
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years in a technical support or IT operations role
- Proficiency in supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device deployment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (Jamf/Intune)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, WinPE, and image deployment tools
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EC2) and virtualization technologies
