About the Role
The Recruiting Operations Focal will assist the US Talent Acquisition team to find our next great hire. You will serve as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will be the face of Spellman to candidates coming on-site to interview, and work to ensure a great candidate experience during offer administration, pre-employment, and onboarding. You will help propel the Talent Acquisition team forward by supporting recruiting events, trainings, and process improvements. You will also play a pivotal role by collecting vital statistics for Recruiting Operations, reporting to KPIs to TA leadership, giving input on trends, and assisting to solve any challenges.

Our Good Faith Estimate of the salary range for this position is $64,350 - $77,103. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a full benefits package.
This position requires on-site presence at Spellman High Voltage headquarters in Hauppauge, NY.

What You Will Do
Provide essential support to the Talent Acquisition Team, which includes:
- Assisting with Job Intake sessions
- Schedule candidates for interviews
- Confirm candidate and interviewers prior to scheduled events
- Escort candidates during on-site interviews
- Provide feedback on candidates during interviews
- Action offer letter processes, including drafting letters for review, monitoring acceptance
- Conduct pre-employment screens and maintain records
- Input candidate records into HRIS Systems, including Workday
- Support Branding, Attraction, and Reputation efforts
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events
- Support Talent Acquisition leadership with special projects
- Collect KPI data, organize, and maintain for analysis
- Capture interview notes and assist hiring decisions
- Prepare weekly requisition summary report for leadership
- Provide qualitative insights on performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to leadership

What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or similar field preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Comfort operating in multiple online systems is required.
- Function in a high-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Flexible, team-player attitude who can work comfortably with people of diverse skills, responsibilities, and personalities
- High level of professional integrity with the ability to self-start and maintain confidential information
