The Team:

Datadog's Revenue Operations & Finance team is in a phase of dynamic growth, committed to relentless enhancement and strategic problem-solving to drive business success. The Sales Revenue team at Datadog is instrumental in fueling our rapid growth trajectory. We serve as the vital link between Finance and Go-to-Market functions, ensuring revenue accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic insight across the organization.

We collaborate with teams across the organization, providing commercial, operational and analytical support to ensure that Datadog's business continues to scale rapidly and efficiently. You'll tackle complex business challenges alongside Sales Leadership, Finance, Growth, GTM, Operations teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Revenue Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. Your role will involve providing critical support and vision to our revenue team by architecting sophisticated systems that scale with our exponential growth while simultaneously driving operational excellence across RevOps.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead strategic initiatives; develop models for both direct and in-direct net new revenue attribution, commissions, and target achievement. Ensure unified alignment with organizational objectives and operating cadence
  • Transform incentive management architecture and revenue reporting models across multiple tools
  • Own and engineer key operating models to scale; financial reporting systems for core sales attainment, commissions accrual, and real-time revenue performance models
  • Partner with Strategy and Finance teams in the development of scalable deal attribution and operational structures to support the annual planning process
  • Drive technical expertise and leadership; in auxiliary SaaS systems and relational databases to identify and recommend improvements
  • Support executive communication strategy and develop advanced training curriculum; create frameworks for how financial and operational data is translated to leadership, to elevate the capabilities of the global sales organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape decision making; nuanced analysis to fine-tune operations, influence strategy development, and decisions on resource allocation

Who You Are:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy & operations, FP&A, accounting, management consulting, or equivalent
  • Data fluency; advanced Excel and SQL skills with the ability to design enterprise reporting architectures and develop sophisticated data integration and automation solutions
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Advanced organization and problem-solving skills, can model any operational question with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, deal structures, and sensitivity analysis
  • Experience with program management, process design, and cross-functional governance frameworks

Bonus Points:
  • Experience developing or implementing attribution models for complex, multi-touch sales cycles
  • Experience with data integration between multiple systems
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Google Sheets & Slides
  • Experience with Tableau, Metabase, and (or) other business intelligence systems
  • Understanding of global go-to-market and revenue operations across different regions

$95,000-$110,000 USD
