The market for point-of-use water filtration in North America is highly fragmented, with more than a thousand local and regional service providers. Capturing and retaining market share among these service providers (dealers) is critical to the Quench Indirect Division's long term growth strategy.
Quench is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst. This person will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams through the development and ownership of sales enablement tools and sales analytics. This person will act as "Chief of Staff" for the division VP and ensure all dealer growth and dealer satisfaction initiatives are completed on time and on budget. Because of the cross-functional nature of this position, there is the potential for high-level exposure and growth throughout our organization. Depending on the individual, the position could lead to a variety of growth paths spanning strategy, marketing, sales, or product areas.
Quench has implemented a hybrid work model, offering remote flexibility while requiring in-person attendance for training, occasional team meetings, and quarterly in-office events. This person needs to be within commutable distance to our King of Prussia, PA headquarters.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and publish recurring reporting, such as daily flash reports, monthly KPIs/bowler charts, Quarterly Business Reviews, sales pipeline, sales incentive compensation, dealer incentive/loyalty programs, and progress against key budget initiatives
- Assist with various analyses such as budget, pricing, market share, share of wallet, and other ad hoc strategic analysis
- Administer work plans for key departmental initiatives to ensure they are executed on time and on budget
- Develop and maintain sales programs, policies, and enablement tools, such as pricing models and matrices, policy documents, territory management dashboards, dealer incentive programs, etc.
- Organize and maintain updated dealer agreements and dealer data across multiple databases, such as salesforce, sharepoint, and Cin7
- Demonstrate solid corporate citizenship
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in sale operations, project management, or analytics
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written, to various stakeholders in the business, including senior management
- Ability to collaborate and use influence cross-functionally
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a results-driven, fast-moving environment
- Experience with sales compensation plans and sales policy
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Experience with salesforce.com is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus
