Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering professional nursing services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting families through education and care planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Record and assess patient histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
  • Perform and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
  • Operate and monitor medical equipment to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Observe and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care techniques to promote independence and recovery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State].
  • Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
  • BLS and PALS certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:
  • Clinical setting with direct patient interaction.
  • May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
