Position Overview
The Recruiting Assistant provides Administrative and clerical support, assists in meeting the recruiting goals and objectives of the organization, and provides quality customer service to both external and internal employees and applicants.
Duties and Responsibilities
Seeks out, interviews, and screens applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within the organizationCoordinates the interviewing process for job applicants, including applicant flow, scheduling, testing, interviewing and responding to applicantsUtilizes the Interview Guide (IGuide) for new hire interviewsUpdates and maintains accurate records and information on applicants in the ATS and assessment toolManages applicant pipeline on a daily basisContacts applicants to inform them of employment opportunity, consideration, and selectionResponds to general phone calls from employees and potential candidatesProvides General Administrative and Clerical Support to the Site RecruiterActs, as back up to the Site Recruiter for Day One new Hire OrientationMaintains confidentiality of all information and dataPerforms other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma, GED (US & Costa Rica)Must be at least 2nd Year College level (Philippines)Minimum 1 year administrative experience working in a fast pace, front office environment or customer service related position (USA & LATAM)Must be able to pass a criminal background screening as specified under The Results Companies guidelinesAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interactionProficient in MS office (Word,Excel)Demonstrate ability to effectively support the recruiting team and share responsibility for resultsAbility to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standardNeat and professional appearance
Physical Requirements
Frequent: Bending/stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, repetitive motions, sitting, standing, walking.Occasional: Kneeling, pushing/pulling.
